SHIPPING
All of Liné Saga Jewellery is handmade, and made to order. This is a slow and mindful process, so please allow up to four weeks for your items to be shipped from our studio.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, as soon as your item has been posted.
Domestic purchases will be sent with express post with signature on delivery, and will typically take 1-2 business days to arrive. Due to current unprecedented shipping conditions, International customers must allow up to 4 weeks transit time from the date of dispatch.
Once your order has securely shipped from our outback studio, and received by Australia Post, we reserve the right to deny any refund for lost, damaged or stolen items. It is the clients responsibility to make sure the parcel is picked up as soon as it arrives, and that it is being sent to a secure location.
Returns
In any case where purchased items need to be returned to Liné Saga Jewellery, please contact us on line_saga@hotmail.com prior to sending said items. Inform us why you are returning your jewellery eg. resize, repair, store credit, accompanied with your order confirmation number.
Return item(s) in a hard cardboard box and the complimentary jewellery box it arrived in. Do not use a paper envelope. If the item is to be returned to you after a repair or re-size, include a prepaid post satchel, addressed to yourself.
Jewellery that has been visibly damaged during transport due to poor packaging, will not be accepted as a return.
Store credit will be given if jewellery is returned within 14 days of purchase, given it is in its original condition and packaging.
Refund
Some of our items are not subject to a refund. All custom made jewellery purchases are final.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us via email or direct message on Instagram before purchasing your jewellery.
Our jewellery will differ slightly in shape, colour of stones and finish, as each piece is uniquely handmade and natural variations will occur.
Refunds in the case of a faulty item, contact line_saga@hotmail.com, with photos of damage, invoice number and cause of damage, prior to sending it back. Once received, we will decide wether it qualifies for a refund, repair or store credit.
We will not accept a refund of jewellery displaying signs of damaged caused by wear and tear.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Care
All of our jewellery is made using solid sterling silver, 9ct or 14ct yellow gold. It is made to last, provided you take good care of it.
To clean your jewellery, give it a gentle cleanse with a soft bristle brush in warm soapy water. Do not wear your jewellery around harsh chemicals, such as perfumes and cleaning products. Avoid wearing it in the shower and in bed.
Size guide
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have listed the correct sizing in the purchase of rings. We offer a $50.00 re-size service, excluding postage.
To get an accurate ring size measurement, we recommend going to a local jeweller and have your fingers professionally sized. Alternatively, you can measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own, and use our size chart to figure out what size you are.

A reusable ring sizer can also be purchased here. Carefully adjust the band to a suitable size, while making sure it is comfortable to slip on and off. Read the letter closest to arrow, and use this chart to convert letter to US size numbers.
